We want to set accurate processing and delivery expectations. We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. We do everything we can to ensure that your order is processed and shipped within 3 -5 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed between 12 p.m. CST Friday and 12 p.m. CST Monday will be shipped no earlier than Monday.

Return Policy TOP

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Aprisha.com. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return products within 30 days of the order shipment date. Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise.

• Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• When we receive your return, we will issue credit the amount minus shipping, if any, to your pay pal account and confirm the return by e-mail.

Do you have gift certificates? TOP

Yes, we offer gift certificates in five increments: $10, $25, $50, $75 and $100. When you order a gift certificate, we will send you (the purchaser) the gift certificate code in your order confirmation email. If you choose, we can send the gift certificate directly to the gift recipient’s email address with the gift message you enter at the time you place the order. Indicate this preference by checking the box that says "Send GC to Recipient."

We understand that you may want to place an order for a gift certificate amount that combines two or more increments. To do so, place the order using the different increments to equal your desired amount; once the order is processed, please email us, and we will consolidate all of the gift certificates into one claim code for the total amount.

We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You DO NOT need to register with Paypal in order to make a payment. But if you like, you can register for free at Paypal (paypal.com). Of course, you can always use your existing paypal account to make a payment if you already have one.

In addition, do not forget that we do have a layaway plan where you can make up to 6 monthly payments.
